| Safely Develop Latent Prints on Objects That Are Otherwise Difficult to Visualize |
Weighing less than ten pounds, with reinforced hinges and Velcro® joints, this fuming chamber is sturdy when assembled, yet easy to collapse, transport, and store. When a cyanoacrylate adhesive, like Super Glue, is heated inside this chamber with any object containing prints, the fumes from the glue react with the residues in latent prints to produce visible white marks, which can then be processed. A special side port also allows for attaching exhaust tubes or inserting fuming wands. Inside dimensions: 12″L x 12″W x 19″H. Outside dimensions: 14″L x 14″W x 20 1/2″H. A carrying case is available separately for added convenience when trasnporting the portable unit.
