It’s easy to use these plates to detect microorganisms on surfaces sanitized with disinfectants containing quarternary ammonium compounds. Simply remove the lid, press the raised medium against the surface, replace the lid, and incubate the plate. The colonies can be counted using the 10 mm grid pattern on the bottom of the plates. Each plate contains lecithin and polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) that inactivate preservatives and provide a better medium for damaged or slow-growing cells. Plate size: 70 mm dia. Package of ten.
