| Which Does the Turning...the Wheel or the Axle? |
Students will build models and then test whether the wheel turns the axle or the axle turns the wheel. They will also build models that let them explore the differences between an inclined plane, wedge, and screw.
Enough materials are included for one group of students to build seven different models, one at a time. The set includes 221 K’NEX parts, a teacher’s guide on CD, and instructions for each model with photos and key facts.
