This device correlates the relationship of stress to galvanic skin resistance (GSR), which is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. It translates tiny tension-related changes in your skin pores into a measurable signal that can be seen on a meter, or heard with earphones (both included). This system also allows you to visualize the changes in skin temperature that occur as a result of stress. It comes with the GSR monitor, temperature sensor, dual sensitivity meter of visual feedback, biofeedback relaxation training cassette, one 9 V battery, and an instruction booklet, all packed in a carrying case.
