This is a great teaching tool since its double binaurals attached to a single chestpiece allow you and your students to hear the same heart sounds simultaneously. The dual-headed chestpiece includes a diaphragm chestpiece for higher frequency heart and lung sounds and a bell chestpiece for low and medium frequency heart sounds and murmurs, such as a rumble or a gallop. The chestpiece also comes with no-chill rubber rings.
