Traditionally, color mixing of light is done with many projectors and filters, but now there is an easier way. Light emitting diodes are used in this device to allow continuous variation of the red, blue, and green components as well as an adjacent white LED. Colors are mixed by passing through a special membrane and onto any nearby white surface. It includes viewers for observing the actual spectra and suggested curriculum materials. Four AA batteries, required, are available separately.
