This sturdy sieve is easy to use. Just place soil in the sieve and shake it over a light cloth. Larger insects will remain on the galvanized 1/8? mesh screen and can be collected either by aspiration or by forceps. The rigid metal top ring measures 10? in dia. When expanded the sieve is 5 1/2? high.
