Study UV Light from the Sun |
Focus sunlight with a safe parabolic reflector and use special sensitive beads to investigate the UV part of the spectrum that cannot be seen by the human eye. Image formation, as defined by rays along a line of sight, is explored using lens shaped prisms. Several activities are available for each component of this activity. The kit includes a manual, teacher’s notes, and enough materials for two setups.
