You won’t find a more complete collection of materials for all your students to perform polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Along with three Vertical Dual-PAGE Chambers and a power supply that runs up to six gels simultaneously, you’ll also receive all the additional hardware and materials necessary to get students started working with PAGE immediately: an introductory lab activity for students’ first PAGE run, a drying system to preserve gels, an illuminator for viewing gels, a camera for photographing gels, a microcentrifuge and tubes for isolating DNA, and two sizes of micropipets with tips for loading samples. We also include an instructional manual with basic procedures and investigations, as well as a training video to help students learn the PAGE procedure. Precast gels, required, are available separately.
