Each sample has been carefully selected to ensure that students can readily recognize key physical properties and achieve consistent test results. Each kit contains a streak plate, copper strip, glass plate, nail, magnifier, and graduated cylinder for physical tests, as well as a teacher’s guide and worksheet copymasters. Minerals: calcite, feldspar, galena, graphite, hematite, muscovite, pyrite, and quartz.
