The four different-diameter hardwood gears, levers, and additional hardware can be used to construct the most common simple machines, giving students the opportunity to learn about mechanical advantage, torque, rotating motion, and more. A physics stand, weights, and spring scales, required, are available separately. The CPO timer is recommended for advanced experiments.
